Cancellation Date
The deadline to cancel your room and receive a 50 percent refund of the space reservation fee is July 1.
Quarterly Billing
Housing and dining plan fees will be billed quarterly to students’ university accounts. Rates are subject to modification and final approval by the president and the Board of Trustees.
Housing Fee Due Dates
Autumn quarter: September 24, 2008
Winter quarter: January 5, 2009
Spring quarter: March 30, 2009
** Fees for housing and campus dining services are assessed each academic quarter. The university emails a Statement of Account with payment instructions to the student before each quarter begins. The student is responsible for sharing fee information with parents or anyone who is paying fees on his/ her behalf.

Activity fee $13.00**
Regional Plus Plan (Dining) $350.00
* Students pay an additional $100.00 per year for academic-year housing which is NOT included in the rate above.
** A $13 activity fee will be assessed in addition to the quarterly rates listed above.
